Once your initial application is approved and you have paid your appropriate membership fees, you will attend a basic BPO certification course online, after which you will begin receiving BPO's, Listings, Pre-Approved Buyers and more!  
(Basic BPO Agent Listing Membership is a one time setup fee of $99 and $9.95 per month to maintain your active listing.  Additional fees are also derived from referrals on closed transactions - see representative for details).
